MELT for Triathletes

At Benefit Training Studio

MELT instructors Sally Braid and Joy Jacobson will teach you simple self-treatments to do at home that will take your performance to a higher level. You will learn how MELTing can help relieve aches and pains, Improve alignment and stability, and improve your leg stride, race performance and recovery time. The cost includes a MELT roller and mini-ball kit. A small group setting guarantees personal attention. In addition, you will be able to access instructors outside of class times with questions as needed. Commitment to improvement is required from you and promised by us. Space is limited so please register early!
