SMALL GROUP TRAINING ON ZOOM
Improve strength, balance, and flexibility from the ease of your own home, with functional exercises that will enable you to stay strong no matter what fitness level you are at. You will get personalized instruction, motivation, and support, with a small group of truly amazing friends!
You will need a set of light weights (and heavier ones if you have them) plus a Thera-band and a sturdy chair.

TAI CHI & QI GONG
Tai Chi and Qigong are movement systems based on ancient Chinese medicine and martial arts. They combine slow, fluid movements with breathing and gentle stretching to improve balance and flexibility, increase energy, and improve overall sense of peace and well-being.

6-week series: $72
Individual classes: $15 each
This class will be held outdoors, so dress accordingly for the temperature.

THE MELT METHOD
MELT is a gentle self-treatment technique that uses foam rollers and balls to enhance mobility, stability, and balance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain and improve athletic performance.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
FUNctional fitness replicates movements of everyday living, such as pushing, pulling, lunging, and rotating in all three dimensions. It builds muscular strength and stability, as well as speed, agility, endurance, power, and balance. Exercises will be done seated and standing.
Students should bring a set of light hand weights and a bottle of water.
